How It Works

✅ Purchased from an authorized reseller? – If you bought your product from one of our trusted retail partners, please contact them directly to facilitate your return or exchange. Each reseller may have its own return policy.
✅ Purchased directly from Farmina? – We ask that returns or exchanges be made within 30 days of purchase.
✅ Original packaging required – For dry food, at least 80% of the product must be returned to qualify.
